09/05/99 - added year 2000 months to calendar pages, corrected council phone number;add'd some fluff to page operation; text over background scrolling, spinning globe
08/21/99 - updated following: units, unit leaders, special events, moved scouting for food to stats page, & corrected name on pinewood page

03/14/99 - Big update but far from done. added pinewood derby pages, updated district calendar, moved jr up ranking, adde some tricky page transistions but you have to have latest browser update (4.0 or better) to see it happen

removed animated rank gifs for cubs & scouts from units page - took too long for page
load, will bring 'em back when i figure out how to make 'em smaller (file size) and page
load faster. I liked them, too!!
