The Florida Distinguished Service Medal was awarded to EPIC Executive Director Patricia Greenough recently by the Florida National Guard. The award was presented to Patti Greenough by General Ronald O. Harrison, Adjutant General, at a special ceremony.EPIC Community Services and the Florida National Guard have worked together in the community establishing several drug prevention programs. Director Greenough has consistently supported the efforts of the Florida National Guard and this support has led to the Guard's receiving several community services awards.
The Florida Distinguished Service Medal, one of the highest medals awarded to non Guard members, is awarded for exceptional meritorious service to the organization.
